Overall, looking back, the story is good in pacing; a few things could have had better details, but for my purposes of reading for mindless enjoyment, I enjoyed the story even if it ended up being a shorter series. I think for this type of story it fits well with the length because otherwise they end up dragging on for 100 chapters, it feels like. Solid 7.5 very close to an 8. Would definitely mark to re-read in its entirety because I remember how I loved the start of the series. This is one that had me in the beg...
