Cha Seung-jo is the young leader who propelled Muyoung Hotel to the number one spot in the industry. He is a man for whom the path he walks becomes the road, and his will becomes the law. He has never been a subordinate since the day he was born, but there was once a single person who brought him absolute humiliation...

"Your hands are slow. Shoveling. Can't you do it properly?"

During his active military service, his platoon leader made him shovel like crazy: Seo Eun-jae.

'Platoon Leader, if you ever see me in the real world, your jaw will drop. You'll think, "How did I dare order someone like that around?"'

She was so stubborn and upright that his petty cheekiness never worked on her at all. Who would have thought that very platoon leader would suddenly appear right before his eyes—and as his secretary, no less!

"I will do my best with my assigned duties. This time, as your secretary."

From that day on, things he never expected in his life began to happen.

"Want to sleep with me?"
"Ah, you don't even want a meal? Do you hate everything that starts with the letter 'S'?"

And the most shocking, bolt-from-the-blue event of all...

"Then let's just kiss."

...He ended up doing some crazy "shoveling" after all.
