Chapter 5:
A school idol student, Takamiya has a cavity, but does not want anybody else to know in order to keep his reputation. The dentist, Kiyomura sensei is nice enough to give up his time off from work to help treat the student. What motives are the dentist hiding?

Chapter 6:
The "cuff brothers" got into a little fight and the uke's wrist gets hurt. The seme tries to compensate by feeding the uke, and a lot of other things as well…
