Tachibana Eiji, an office worker, researches and develops androids for his job. However, Eiji is not good at socializing, so he struggles to create an android that can relate to people. He does not have a girlfriend in his private life, and spends his days having ad hoc sex with men he meets on a gay-only matching app to fill his loneliness.
