In the 18th year of the Meteor Year, an evil army suddenly appears in the peaceful country of Tsurukame, where Shogun Ultra Father rules the world. They cause all sorts of incidents, and it seems they are even trying to take the Shogun's life. Hearing this, Zoffy, the leader of the Ultra Ninja Army of Ultra Village, summons Ultraman and orders him to go to the capital and protect the Shogun! But just as Ultraman is about to protect the Shogun, Keppu-ryu, one of the enemy monster ninja army, the Oboro-to, appears before him...!? This is the start of a super hilarious gag battle!!
