A hottie exists at Wakeari Real Estate!? (*But he's a ghost... and furthermore, he's a virgin!?)

Akari, who moved to a very cheap apartment, suddenly gets her breasts fondled in the bathroom by a strange man. She's bewildered at how and where he entered the bathroom, while the man himself states that he is a ghost. He threatens Akari with the words: "If I don't get to have sex, I'll become an evil spirit". His lingering regret while he was still alive was that he was a virgin, and it seems that he can't rest in peace without resolving that regret...

On top of that, for the ghost Daichi, besides him being a "virgin" it seems that somehow, he has more hidden circumstances!? Having sex with a ghost is unthinkable! However, he's kind, he earnestly does his best and he'll treat me with incredible care...

Yikes, at this rate I'll be moved by him!!

This is a lovely yet naughty, fresh romance story!
