The general loop of a trash manhua; you meet an annoying third gen, deal with them. Then comes the father, and then the grandparents. In the end, mc exterminates their family. Loop that for the whole bit. Name would make you expect that medical skills would be the main point, but bro killed more families than used his medical skills in 235 chapters. Cannot recommend.
