When 34-year-old Nozaki Hitoshi is hit by a truck, he is sent to a fantasy world by a dismissive god and dropped into a harsh wilderness without even the clothes on his back. His only salvation is a newly granted karate skill and his general survival instincts. Luckily, Hitoshi is up for the challenge–he'll weave clothes out of tree bark, test fruit for poison, and crawl through the mud to test his kicks and punches against goblins and other creatures. Misleadingly Generic

On the surface this series starts off with a generic premise of every "slop" isekai out there. However around chapter 13ish you understand that the MC is very much mortal and struggles to not only survive but get stronger through either any skill, tactics or equipment at his disposal. The story is in a nice in-between of a dark gruesome fantasy and a slice of life. The story is linear yet enjoyable and I find it oddly casual in its story telling 8/10 so far def recommend giving it a shot
