Yuna Ito has achieved her childhood dream of becoming a pastry chef when a goddess suddenly appears before her and reveals that she was actually born in another world. Before she knows it, Yuna is transported back to the world of her birth. There, she is taken in by an elderly cat beastwoman who lives alone in an herb garden. Yuna learns that the woman once ran a popular café called the Cat-Ear Café, but was forced to close it after her husband's death and her declining strength.
