A series of biographical oneshots by various mangaka, published in 2009-2010 by Asahi Shimbun. Each issue focuses on a different notable figure from Japanese history. The story takes place in U.C. 0084 in the form of a video documentary. It is based on interviews with soldiers and officers of the Earth Federation and the Principality of Zeon who participated in the final battle of A Baoa Qu during the end of the One Year War in U.C. 0079

In Universal Century 0090, after the end of the One Year War, three members of the Federation Survey Service; Rimia Greenwood, Led Wayline and Ashley Brown Brandon are charged with collecting data on various mobile suits that will bring the dark parts of the end of the One Year War to light. Among their subjects of interest are Kycilia Zabi's ace pilot-only Chimera Corps, and the Zeon ace pilot Johnny Ridden. One mystery, however, is that Led has no idea who he is. But as the time passes by, he gets some dreams of his ties with Johnny Ridden.

Suddenly, a fleet of ships with mysterious super-weapons called the "Fleet of Fog" appeared all around the world. Humanity didn't have the technology to fight such a fleet, so they were driven out of the sea… Seventeen years after the battle, for some reason, Gunzou Chihaya and his crewmates aboard the I-401 and the personification (Mental Model) of the I-401, Iona, started fighting the Fleet of Fog….
