Based off the popular Japanese PSP game, Photo Kano (or Picture Girlfriend) is about a boy, his interest in photography, and his romantic encounters with various girls at his school. The main heroines this time are Sakura Mai and Muroto Aki

Kazuya Maeda realizes he has the knack to take pictures and decides to join a photography club at his school, where the club director's suggests capturing photos of the female student body's moments of their lives. Along his photography path is his little sister, Kanon Maeda, who cheerfully supports his brother and an intern teacher, Ootani Momoko.
