Fujita Kakuji

Set in the Edo period, a young swordswoman named Suzu travels to Edo seeking revenge for her father’s death. While staying at a roadside inn, she becomes caught up in a hostage-style terrorist incident carried out by a mysterious armed group calling themselves the “Tengu.” She is rescued by “Mashira,” an all-female anti-Tengu unit. Among them is Tsuki, a warrior who cannot see, hear, or speak, yet overwhelms the Tengu with her extraordinary physical combat skills. This is a hard-edged, unconventional period action story depicting the fierce clash between the eccentric warriors of Mashira and the Tengu.

The war begins. The Achaean army, led by Agamemnon, struggles against the Trojan army, which boasts an iron fortress. Achilles and Hector, the prince of Troy, cross swords in the midst of the battle and become attracted to each other. Meanwhile, a tragedy befalls Patroclus, who adores Achilles... This is the conclusion of the first chapter of this turbulent mythological spectacle.

Throughout Japan, the enthusiastic sports battle "ARTEMIS" takes place to decide the strongest teenage girls! One of the stars, "Shinigami" Minowa Osamu, has transferred to Tokyo Metropolitan High School with regained power as the last hope to reach the top of ARTEMIS.

In 1705, a rash of murders took place in Lotto Valentino, a provincial city on the Italian peninsula. The murderer, who wears a pure white mask and places one such mask on all of their victims, is known as the "Mask Maker," and anyone who witnesses their murders becomes their next victim. Huey Laforet, a boy who attends a "private school" for alchemy, hates the world. Monica Campanella, his schoolmate, confesses her crush to him. Elmer C. Albatross arrives in town as the school's newest student. Niki, a girl enslaved by a merchant, witnesses one of the "Mask Maker's" crimes. All four youths confront the Mask Maker and a conspiracy to control the entire city and this is the beginning of a 300-year-long immortals' ruckus.
