Funato Akari

This small four-strip comic appeared in a Japanese magazine's Lunar: SSS preview. It's a bit on Kyle and Jessica.

Tsuki no Kokuhaku is an 82-page collection of small manga stories and production sketches drawn by Akari Funato, the mangaka behind "Vane Hikuusen Monogatari". The sketches come from "Tamashii no Kokuhaku" and "Younenki no Owari"; the manga were drawn relatively early in her career. NOTE: The names used in the translation follow the official English-language names according to GameArts rather than the English names used by Working Designs.

This is a small six-strip comic that appears to take place before the epilogue, and just before the end of the main game. It's a bit on Lemina, Hiro, and Lucia.

In the late 19th century England, Grace King was the daughter of a declined Marquis and also the mistress of Count Arthur Roland. After her mysterious death, her sons Linus and Lawrence were taken under custody of their father Earl Roland, who has a sick wife Anna and other children. Linus deeply suspects that the Roland family was involved in the death of his mother and thus begins his lonely investigation.

Hoshi no Sabaku (Desert of Stars) is the first of Funato Akari's two collaborations with novelist Yuuya Aoi. Mana and Kenji, twin sister and brother, found a star as little children. On a far off world, their star is called the Talshas, meaning 'Stone of Wind and Gods', and it will grant the wishes of one person for as long as they live. And though it has lain quiet for 10 years, that is swiftly changing. The twins' lives are rocked by tragedies and miracles, chance meetings that are not as innocent as they seem, and trust forged and broken as a war between two distant planets descends around them. And ultimately, the only real wishes are the ones made for the sake of another.

Takes place during the time between Zophar's defeat and the epilogue of Lunar 2: Eternal Blue. Alice, a young girl that Hiro and Ruby befriend, is being chased by Ghaleon and Xenobia for reasons unknown, and it is up to Hiro and his friends to protect her.
