A series of biographical oneshots by various mangaka, published in 2009-2010 by Asahi Shimbun. Each issue focuses on a different notable figure from Japanese history. As a manga author of a semi known series, Hirahara Daichi has the talent for coming up with stories, but is incredibly lazy and irresponsible. That leaves his two daughters, middle school student Ayumi and the even younger Sora, to pick up the slack. With the help of the assistant, Akane, the two kids are forced to draw and complete the series every month if they want an income for the household, a task no child should burden themselves with. On top of that, they must do this without people finding out because it will ruin the credibility of Daichi as an author and put a stop to the series. If being a teenager wasn’t hard enough, add to that the pressure of meeting deadlines for a national comic magazine.

Nanjou Hayato is a typical office worker who was going to get married soon but his bride ended up running away. Masatoshi is a man who wants to get married, while Sanae is a woman who feels content without it. They have been dating since they were students and have the same workplace, Ageha Technical, one of the top tech companies. After successfully completing their hash internship, Masastoshi plans to propose the day before they are to be assigned. Though Masatoshi earnestly loves Sanae and is eager to marry, Sanae is the objective type and doesn't feel that marriage is a necessity.

Wazuka is a little girl mourning about her dog that died. The dog, Mach-gou, succeeds in convincing the Gods to let him return on earth for a short period to help Wazuka out.

Kazuyoshi Yukawa is a girl in the 6th grade of elementary school. On the way to Mach's grave to offer Chakin Sushi, the favorite food of his beloved dog Mach, who passed away in a traffic accident, Taichi Ban, a childhood friend but a bully, is on his way . He saves a mysterious bipedal "wombat" that is about 1 meter tall and is being bullied by his friends. Kazuyoshi celebrates her 12th birthday alone because her father is not around and her mother works late. In front of the Mach grave, where Chakin Sushi was offered, Kazuyoshi was seen crying out of loneliness while eating Chakin Sushi, and was seen from the heavens with a vision of the lower world. Mach was too worried to reach Buddhahood. One day, the "Mach'', unable to see Kazuyoshi being bullied by Taichi and his friends, is allowed to temporarily return to the lower world. "Mach" descends to the lower world and tries to help Kazuyoshi, but suddenly that mysterious wombat, calling itself "Mach Mask", appears in front of Kazuyoshi, Taichi and the others, and punishes Taichi and the others. As Kazuyoshi breaks down in tears remembering the Mach, Wombat calls himself \`\`Mach'' and leaves, but what is left behind is the real Mach, who is stunned when he loses the timing to appear in front of Kazuyoshi. "Met. The wombat "Mach II" often appears in front of Kazuyoshi and finds meaning in pretending to be Mach and soothing Kazuyoshi's heart. "Mach", a dog who cannot attain Buddhahood, continues to watch over from the shadows, never meeting him once, and decreasing the amount of time he can remain in the lower world. In the spring, Kazuyoshi and Taichi become middle school students, and while they clash and worry about each other, they are watched over by everyone and gradually become adults...

A romantic comedy about Fuwa, a guy living in a small apartment in overcrowded Tokyo, who wants to have a place of his own. Because of a building accident in their new office building, Fuwa's company (5 employees) had to move into his apartment, right after he had moved to a larger place. And the new employee (Hiyama Izumi, a 15 year-old girl) had to move into Fuwa's place, as she had just come from the country. Then Fuwa's old girlfriend Tokiko, who had already gotten married, ran away from her husband and came to Fuwa's place.

This is one of Hoshisato's first series, a romantic comedy about a youthful, energetic, and reluctant transforming high school girl hero named Saiko. A passing alien sees her courageously defending someone in a fight and is impressed with her sense of justice. He gives her a small handheld device which allows her to change into "Lady Tail", a futuristic superhero sporting a ponytail. However, she had just recently cut her hair after her boyfriend berated her for fighting too much. When she transforms into Lady Tail, her ponytail comes back, which causes her to initially refuse the alien device. Eventually her sense of justice comes through and she begins using the device to transform into Lady Tail and assist those in need of protection.
