The days when the "Never-Withering Cherry Tree" bloomed all year round are long gone. Hatsunejima was widely known as a nature-rich island that displayed different expressions in each of the four seasons. The protagonist, Kiyotaka Yoshino, attends Kazami Academy on Hatsunejima. Kiyotaka, a member of the official newspaper club, sets out on a hot spring trip with his club members in search of newspaper material... This is a spin-off comic adaptation of the latest installment, "DCIII," of the hugely popular series that is celebrating its 10th anniversary!!

More and more people are being affected with anti social problems and there are some with severe symptoms. A small percentage of these people who have issues interacting with their peers in a positive fashion and have strong grudges against them develop a disease called Anti Societal Delusionary Materialization Syndrome. The patients develop supernatural and superhuman abilities that cause major harm or death to those around them. Only a handful of people know of this phenomenon and even fewer people have the ability to stop the illness that turns dangerous fantasies into horrific realities.
