The first book version of the comic version of Ultraman & Ultra Seven that was published in "Tanoshi Kindergarten" from 1967 to 1971. "Ultraman": 15 episodes including Gabora, Cabadon, Abolas & Vanilla, Jiras, Red King, Alien Baltan and others. "Ultra Seven": 44 episodes including Eleking, Alien Guts, Alien Godora, King Joe, Dinosaur Tank, Alien Metron, etc. It is also full of comic original stories in which monsters that did not appear on TV collide.

All 6 volumes of "Kodansha TV Comics Ultra Seven'' released monthly by the editorial department of "Bokura'' from December 1967 to May 1968, when "Ultra Seven'' was aired. Newly drawn comics by three manga artists - 6 volumes including Kazuyoshi Fukumoto's "Cool Alien Volume'', 5 volumes including Akio Ito's "Billa Alien'', and 3 volumes including Keiji Nakazawa's "Illustrated Story Pit Alien'' The 14 mysterious works have been made into a book for the first time in A5 size (first and second volumes published simultaneously) using treasured original manuscripts and reprints of the magazine!!

After a catastrophe destroyed their continent, the inhabitants of Mu adapted to living in the ocean in cities covered by huge domes. After many years in the ocean, the inhabitants began to possess psychic powers. During an annual battle held to determine who is the best Mu psychic, Osper, a boy with a strong sense of justice, battles Drome, an older, brutish boy who is vengeful and evil. Osper wins the battle, though after Drome is defeated, he destroys the dome in revenge and escapes to Earth. Osper is sent to chase Drome and avenge his people. Above ground, Osper meets the International Crusader Police, who aid Osper in hunting down Drome to stop him once and for all.
