The main character "Ryuya" is told that he has no skills and is abandoned by his friends. The only way for him to compete with those possessing skills is to raise his level. In the early 21st century, after being overrun by Godzilla, humanity set off into space in search of a safe place to live. However, the immigration plan failed, and when they returned to Earth 20,000 years later, they found Godzilla still reigning supreme... A desperate battle begins under the strategy of Captain Haruo Sakaki, who harbors an extraordinary hatred for Godzilla...
