A letter brought Tachibana Izumi to Veludo City, a city of Theater. She faced condition where Mankai Company, an agency her father loved so much, would be demolished by yakuza due to their huge debt. But seeing Izumi's stubbornness, he gave chance and even extreme challenge to Izumi and Mankai.
