The Summer of "Anu": In a summer once every five years, demons in the mysterious Tower of Druaga lose their powers due to the magic spell cast by a god named "Anu". King Gilgamesh, ruler of the kingdom Uruk, uses the appearance of demons as an excuse to invade the tower and find out the construct's secrets. As 80 years passed, the Uruk army managed to fight back the demons and built a fortress city and safe haven on the very first floor of Druaga - Metz Kier. Thus begins the story of a warrior named Jil who, finding companions along the way, embarks on a quest for the fabled Blue Crystal Rod, a powerful artifact rumored to be in the highest floor of Druaga. However, other competitors, including the kingdom of Uruk itself, want the treasure, all for their own reasons.

Being the child born between Stan and Rutee, two of the 'four heroes' who had saved the world from crisis a few years ago, the young boy, Kyle, has inherited his father’s golden locks, indigo blue eyes, and a straight forward characteristic. Day after day, Kyle spent his time longing to become a hero and to experience an adventure of his own, just like his parents. One day, along with Loni, who he had considered to be his brother, Kyle went to the depths of the forest and found a gigantic lens inside an ancient ruin. In his first adventure, Kyle had an encounter with a mysterious girl. Who is the ‘hero’ the girl is searching for? Based on the role-playing game of the same name by Namco Tales Studio.

Once upon a time in a fantasy world plagued by war, a group of four brave souls challenged the source of all the evil. It seemed all was lost until one of the heroes defeated the enemy with a powerful spell. The four heroes were able to seal this great evil to be forgotten forever - or so they thought. The next scene in this story takes place years later with the children of those who sealed away the great evil. The sealing was accomplished by combining the power of two pendants. A foolish dark knight was tricked into stealing the pendants, to break the seal that conceals the great evil. He defeated the heroes and kidnapped their children. With the two pendants in hand, he broke the great evil's seal. A remaining hero sends the children to another time so that, maybe, the world will have another chance. What will become of the children? How could they possibly defeat someone that their parents could only seal away? Who is the great evil and what is his purpose? Only time will tell as they venture on into several strange, yet familiar worlds. Based on the role-playing game of the same name by Namco Tales Studio.

Due to his father's disappearance, Itsuki Iba at a young age has to take over the family business: Astral Rental Magica, a magician dispatch service. A Rental Magica company employs magicians and other supernatural beings in order to hire them out to those who need magical assistance. Inheriting the leadership position of Astral, Itsuki now has to be tough, commanding, and reliable, but there's one problem: he's a coward. His personality also doesn't help him connect with his employees or face those who threaten the family business–and some of the latter are supernaturally powerful and quite dangerous.
