The hero has defeated the Demon King and the world became peaceful. However, Murabito, a boy from Saisho Village, was troubled. The tool shop he runs is so peaceful that no customers come! If things continue like this, the shop will be on the fast track to closure... But just then, a girl appears... Who is she?

Those who curse the world with their dying breath becomes demons. The ones who protect the country from these demons are the Children's Choir who have received divine blessings from the angels. Hymns sung by these children who are pure in body and soul are exceptionally beautiful. They are able to kill the demons with their pitch perfect harmony. As such, the demons are always looking for a chance to kill these children once night falls. However, there's one poor little boy who just can't seem to hit the perfect note…

A tone-deaf boy named Shoddy has been kicked out of the Children's Choir. Yet, in a strange turn of events, he gets taken in by Mister Demon, who becomes his vocal coach. There's just one problem... Shoddy's songs are meant to kill demons! But despite this unlikely duo, their innocent laughter can still be heard every night from the ruins of an abandoned church.
