To the end of Chinese cuisine...! At the end of the Qing dynasty in China, Mao was the youngest person ever to reach the pinnacle of chefs, the "special chef." Set in the Edo period, the gourmet manga follows the spirited sushi chef Taisuke. Not only does Taisuke make delicious food, but his food captures the hearts of the people and heals their spirit.

Kunimi Satoshi has stayed at home and did nothing for a year after his father had gone missing. “Asakusa” is a representative tourist city in Japan. The main character, Fusuke Kazamatsuri, is a rickshaw driver who works in this area. In fact, this Fusuke is the heir to the legendary western restaurant "Fujinken" and was aiming to become a chef. And he was able to recreate the cooking of his late father, who was touted as a genius.
