Once the bullies target you, it’s game over. The school is run by tyrants whose favorite hobby is tormenting the weakest kids in class. But then Gray arrived. This mysterious new student threatens to dismantle the established order. He may be small in stature, but his calculative and brutal fighting leaves unsuspecting opponents lying on the floor begging for mercy. Now the school's toughest bullies have to scramble to take down this new and unusual hero.

The students of Kamishiro High-School Class 2-A swore revenge on their homeroom teacher, Takao Nanami. Against her, a fake suicide had been concerted, meant to be played out by one of her students, whose actual death would later sink the class into confusion. Who soiled the water with blood? Skinned of its trust, their friendship became an urge to sate each other’s hunger.

A “sidekick” is the hero’s partner and helper who works inside and outside of the shadows to support the hero. Bright Wing, a female hero, and her sidekick Katsuo Hoshino (known as “Toy Bird”) work inside the Hero System—an organization for cracking down on crime perpetrated by people who misuse their special abilitie（kamingu). Katsuo is serving as a sidekick and training to become a hero, but he doesn’t have the special abilities that are an absolute requirement for heroes. Introducing a powerful duo made up of a good-for-nothing woman around age 30 and a busybody man!

Long ago, when danger approached the Earth there existed people exhibiting superhuman powers to save the Earth. Helping the weak and defeating evil for justice not hesitating to sacrifice such beings… People distinguished them by calling them Heroes. However… the era somehow changed…
