A man of angry conviction, he slashes down the gourmet food industry, which is cloaked in money and power...! In the age of the internet, anyone can easily review restaurants on gourmet websites. Yet, more and more people are being influenced by theories and public opinion, and are easily saying 'good or bad', and restaurants continue to be rated without any legitimate commentary on their taste. This is a very dry manga that throws a stone at this situation and asks the question "What does it mean to trust one's own taste buds?" A manga of poignant gourmet critique.
