This is not bad because “it is generic”. Generic stories can still be enjoyable. This is not bad because it does have redeeming qualities. 1. MC does learn. MC doesn’t know how the timeline is different because of his involvement, and each time he is mildly surprised when something deviates from the original plot, but he actively tries to stop the events from going poorly. Author just take a week long vacation and the adapting team should do the same to pick a GOOD story next time for writing/illustrating! System + Cannot go against plot + nobody finding mc suspicious knowing everything + everything revolves around OGp protag. Its like a person with a rod up his ass. Bro can't move a muscle and lives in pain as well. Death is a better option. The same goes for this story!

The story is a copy paste of The Novels Extra just with some differences here and there. Those include What if the mc was a regressor and what if the mc acted actively without any plans where he gets carried by the plot and that's about it. The times he does act are kind of stupid if you do some surface level thinking that will be the conclusion you reach.
