The "Heavenly Dragging" Swordmaster

This murim story starts with a great hook about an abused kid surviving ten years of isolation by training with a mystical mirror. The art from Redice Studio is high-quality, especially the fight scenes, but the pacing is a huge problem. It is one of the slowest series I have read in this genre. The biggest issue is that the plot refuses to move. It takes over 100 chapters just to leave the starting areas because it stays on every minor arc for way too long. A Massive Dissapointment

The manhwa really started of strong. A typical revenge story with regards to his family who treated him like nothing. He manages to escape his family's clutches and somehow lands among some outlaws. What you would think is a story about him getting stronger and finally confronting his family on the abuse he took as a child, did not follow that direction, rather the MC just wanted to play house with the group of outlaws and had no real motivation to grow stronger through the series.
