Manga starts off really slow but it becomes so much better and I highly recommend you give this a chance. The other review can be really misleading so ignore that ig

Absolute Peak. It’s one of the most beautiful battle/romance mangas out there, and the time skip pacing is so good, from 14yr kids to 16yr olds and then they reach their 20s, it was such a great read, the MC Rokuro is such a ray of sunshine as he grows older and wiser, he almost reminds me of Taiyo Asano from Mission: Yozakura Family , which is another peak manga with perfect ending but romance is on the milder side and wayy less deaths. I just finish this, tbh I didn't expect this to be this good and keep me hook up until the end, the mcs are a couple and they defy the faith of their son so they sacrifice themselves, the only issue that I find is slow pacing of the story and the fight have 2 chapter just to warm up
