Rushed and axed
It starts out well enough, story is okay, art is good, characters are a bit one dimension-y, but overall it could have been decent. Sadly this is not really what happened. As the story progresses they rush into things incredibly fast and do not pace it properly, on top of this there is so much inconsistencies with the MCs power and way of fighting. I assume the artists also probably noticed something similar as they went on a break to come back with a better quality, but never came back to it.
