Satisfying Read

I'll start this review by saying that Skill Master Levels Up isn't going to be something fantastically new; it's pretty simple, but that is by no means a negative towards it. As the title suggests, the focus is on skills that do come from a game-like stats system; however, the story explores the origins of this system in a pretty creative way. The MC is calm, collected, and intelligent, which makes for a pretty satisfying protagonist. The way he interacts with other characters is often calm and respectful, which...

Basic in a good way

This doesn't bring anything new to the tower/dungeon climb genre. Luckily, the story remains focused and doesn't veer off course to the point where the plot gets lost. That alone puts it above many others in the genre.

Not great but still better than many other dungeon manga

Tbh, it is not that great but it was at least better than many dungeon related manhwa. Plot is basically trapped and climbing tower to get stronger. Pacing is very fast with tower level conquered every few chapters. The setting of the tower itself is more developed story-wise than other dungeon manhwa and is what makes it better than most. Rather than calm, OP MC is more like emotionless with same facial expression anytime, anywhere. Boring character that is not much more than aurafarming tools for the author. Sid...
