The Challanges of Being Different
For a realistic take on a genderswap "disease" with superb character writing and intrinsic drama, look no further. Be warned though, despite being tagged as a romance, the main character doesn't get romantically involved with the man on the cover. Whether that's a plus or minus will depend on you, but I think the story is worth it regardless.
