It was quite good gender bender amd had potential to be one of the best. Not sure whether or was axed or author gave up, but ending was horrible.

The Challanges of Being Different

For a realistic take on a genderswap "disease" with superb character writing and intrinsic drama, look no further. Be warned though, despite being tagged as a romance, the main character doesn't get romantically involved with the man on the cover. Whether that's a plus or minus will depend on you, but I think the story is worth it regardless.
