I don't like murderhobo "Ohhh the ends justify the means thats why it's totally ok for me to rob and kill this innocent guy" but this isn't exactly the antithesis either. It's NOT well written, which is the main issue. No one has a brain. The protagonist doesn't even call out the bum ass bully who's practically vying for him to die, nor does the bully or anyone else stop to consider HOW a supposed level 2 survives a "Death Mission". The part that follows after, the whole "people loooove keeping the weak down" shtic...

this is surprisingly not bad? it’s your generic tower climbing slop, but the art is good and i’m a fan of a lot of the side characters—the ones they actually flesh out at least, a lot of them r heavily sidelined and then killed off and we have to pretend to care. the first 10ish chapters are super mediocre but it gets better as you go, and its a real fast read. only took me a few days to catch up to the 130s. has some good funny moments too. my two big complaints are that the “climactic” story moments are still ver...
