Genuinely the best story I've read since FMA

The story is incredibly well structured, and characters feel like real, rational actors. It does my favorite plot gimmick of presenting a coherent story that is still filled with questions and then answers them all at once in The Important Flashback That Answers All The Questions™. This is steadily built up to over the course of 190 chapters or so of incredibly good storytelling. Go read more manga written by women.
