It's not good at all!
Gore, violence and shock value that's the only it has going for itself. Story is shallow, plot is non sensical and all over the place. I read till Chapter 37 and couldn't continue. There is not a single likeable character here, every single character, the leads, the villains, are all morally messed up with almost no redeeming qualities. It's basically villains vs villains. Even if you like mindless violence, gore it's not a good Manga.
