Punchi and Pinko, a brother and a sister, are given a special gum by a mysterious professor. that allows them to turn it to whatever they'd like for an hour. Two robots are sent to keep them in line - Gum Gum and Kucha Kucha - but they quickly become friends with Punchi and Pinko. And the four of them cause a lot of mischief!
