This story was overall really good until chapter 135 where to save everyone, the MC is needed to have sex with this empress and in that union, he got her pregnant. The MC feels guilty about it because he doesn’t love her and only love one of his master. The next day, the empress come to inform him about the child and she doesn’t care about this and is happy that she is a mother and she will not blame him.
