Theo Ragnar, the 31st son of the mighty Grand Duke of Ragnar, was born without the legendary Ragnar Gift — a fatal flaw in a family where might is right. Labeled the Ragnar Defect, he and his mother were betrayed, meeting a brutal end at the hands of those they trusted.

But death was only the beginning.

Reborn at 17, Theo awakens not only with the Ragnar Gift, but with powers far beyond imagination. Fueled by vengeance and a second chance, he sets out to claim the glory he was once denied.

Good execution on a basic concept

The story is nothing new I’ve seen it done in about 100 other titles. What separates this from other manwha are two things: the gorgeous art and the well crafted side characters. It’s a fresh twist on the basic regression formula. In conclusion, If you love an overpowered MC and a regression story, you’ll love this.

Defaulting to tropes

Although it has many things to it's favor (the characters, the artstyle the setting*, and at least half the plot*), now that I'm caught up I can't help but think the plot is being eaten by tropes that do it more harm than good. Although the story is still decent to good with those questionable choices (IMO, if you're looking for something to read, this is better than most), it could've been much better if it focused on the slightly more grounded themes it had already executed well enough to earn a spot in the top...

The stakes are supposedly high but the story moves with no urgency. The beginning was better. But rn it's just an alright read.

This is good. The only issue for me is the inconsistencies in his level ups it's like it's only there when it's convenient. Even when he kills a lot there's no level up. Only when the plot allows to. But this inconsistency is very common so I'll let...
