It's a generic harem with a military background/genetically modified human twist. Girls will fall in love with the MC left and right, past acquaintances come out of the woodwork with yandere level crushes, all the guys hate him and are jealous of him, and the MC is dense to all of these things. I don't usually give 8 Stars or above to just any manga, manhwa, or manhua, The fact that I gave this one 8 Stars, it's because story is really well, MC is smart, active, & mostly opposite of common slop manga MC's, the story concept isn't very unique but representation is very well, post war story feels very refreshing, The most important thing in this manga is, that it's interesting due to it's art style & unique emotional behaviour MC & Natalie shows.
