Iffy
I have pretty mixed feelings about this one. For me, the MC carries about 50% of a series, if the MC is great, that’s already half the score. Unfortunately, here I’d only give the MC a 5/10. He feels a bit too rigid, and while there is some character development early on, it kind of stalls around chapter 20. After that, both his growth and the events start to feel repetitive.The backstory is interesting, but even that suffers from repetition.
