Araki Hikaru

Kenji Sakamoto, a high school student, was trying to contact a current criminal who had committed a terrorist attack in Akihabara, Tokyo. Everything is to follow the disappearance of a childhood friend, Nao, who disappeared. What happened to them? The story is told from a corner of the northern Kanto one year before the incident!

Ikariishi, an overly quiet high school student who goes to a cram school to pursue his dream of becoming an astronaut, is confronted with the problems of another student at the same cram school, Hirona Tsushima. She has been running away from trying her best and has become desperate after failing to advance to the next grade. She wants to change herself, and Ikariishi is determined to help her! The love and dreams of a high school freshman! Everything is a bit confusing, but... you can only come of age once, and you can't enjoy it just by running away!

Ikariishi is the strong, silent type. He's the top dog of Masu Junior High along with his friends Utsunomiya and Takamizawa. One day, however, things start to change when he meets a girl that drags him along to cram school. Can Ikariishi afford to spend his time studying for entrance exams, with danger not far behind him?

The story centers on a group of friends who are satisfied and complacent with their everyday lives. The friends include Tobio, a passive high schooler who makes it a rule not to hope too much; Maru, a scheming boy who gossips behind people's back; Isami, a gaudy student who likes girls and recently got a girlfriend with big breasts; and their senior Paisen (slang for senpai, or upperclassman), a 20-year old man who is rich and has long graduated from high school.
